Plan to develop in phases.
Phase one will include the three sculptures as indicated on the map. The paths are shown in orange for this phase. Phase one will be completed by the end of 2005.
Phase two will include additional paths, additional parking, benches and 3 or more additional sculptures which will chosen by a panel of jurors. The second phase is shown in peach color on the map. This phase will be completed during 2006-2007.
Phase three will also include paths, sculptures, benches and a new viewing platform and fence around Hanna Springs. This phase shown in yellow is slated to be completed by 2007 - 2009.
