We need your help!

Help support this strong public arts program that benefits the entire community and nurtures artistic expression.

I am writing you today to ask for a donation on behalf of Lampasas Association for the Arts, (LAFTA).
LAFTA is responsible for developing the Hanna Springs Sculpture Garden here in Lampasas. Hanna Springs Sculture Garden has been called “a pearl in the Central Texas Region”.
What does that do for Lampasas and the surrounding area?

  1. Provides an opportunity for at least 21 school districts, not to mention our own, to take advantage of an outdoor teaching facility to provide for their students a fuller, more complete education.
  2. It is fast becoming a tourist destination for travelers who are driving through the Central Texas region.
  3. It has been a flash point for the town of Lampasas and has provided the spark for the momentum of development you may have been noticing around town.
  4. Hanna Springs Sculpture Garden in Campbell Park, is a beautiful park to walk, play and picnic.
  5. You get a tangible place where you can have a quiet cultural refuge from all of our hectic schedules.
  6. Provides a contemplative environment for all citizens.

In order for us to continue to develop the park to meet the needs of visitors and local population, we need you to help us with a donation.

Your gift will make a difference in our being able to develop the Hanna Springs Sculpture Garden and to fund the 6th Anniversary of the “Art in the Park” Event, which happens every last weekend of April.  This is a great event to bring your family and friends to, so mark your calendars!

We are a 501(c)3 non-profit organization. Your donation will help LAFTA provide a wonderful place for you and your loved ones to spend quality time.
So please, take the time to write your tax-deducible check and send it to the Lampasas Association for the Arts at the address below.

Thank you,
Robin Gradel, President
