Grazing Table – cured meats, crackers, nuts, sweets, fruits, and all the accouterments

Dinner Salad – Ranch or Italian dressing

Main Course – Tri-tip carving station, gruyere & spinach stuffed chicken breast, roasted potatoes, grilled asparagus, and dinner roll

Dessert – Berry pot de crème, tiramisu
